Since nobody else has replied I'll give my input.
The Battle (ha Ha) of wingate pass is at the county line, or real close, based on info from then.
I think I have some info. about the mono-rail, but need to dig it out. Are you hiking across the base? There isn't anything in the park to see that is left.
I would think the Death Valley Hikers Assocation would have all the info. you need.
