Just got back from a trip with my wife and 14 yr old daughter. The ONLY thing the daughter seemed to like was when I let her drive in Hidden Valley.
The last time I took her she was twelve, and she liked the snakes and lizzards and such that I didn't even see.
This time she asked why we ALWAYS go to National Parks for vacations. I told her, rather indignantly, that we don't. Sometimes we go to State Parks.
Unmollified, she maintained that NORMAL people go to Disneyland.
