Ya think?? Just maybe it has to do with the money involved?? A bunch of desert wanders and 4x4 people don't have the money to speak loudly enough to be heard. I find it interesting too, that when the area around Briggs was in the WSA, that with Sen. Finestine's {sp? [but you know who I mean]} help a large portion was carved out of the WSA right where C.R. wanted to mine. Ya Think???
