Hmmmm.....I got a fix-it ticket from the CHP in DV last November for not having the covers on my light bar. He said that off-road was OK, but not on county roads (lights have to be below the side mirrors - he said, honest....) BTW he was really professional, out of the Bishop office.

Maybe carrying a DVD-ROM of the CVC and Park rules will be needed in the future.....:-(
