Also sounds like a BIG (Crowe) conflict of interest.
I hike that canyon, because I couldn't get it up with my rig. Does that mean I think it should be closed to 4x$ NO!
BLM will keep it closed just like the DVNP because they can't patrol it in vehicals...plain and simple, they are in the MANAGEMENT BUSINESS!
