1988 and again in 1994. Camped with him as with some other students a few times out in Owens Valley. Showed us several mining camps, the saw mill, and "Okies" green building ghost town.
Since he is still around, I might stop by shortly to say hello.
Does he still do the Warner Brothers Studio private tours?
