Road Condition: Saline Valley - Eureka Dunes

I planning a trip from the Saline dunes to the Eureka dunes via the Saline Valley. The 1:25,000 topo map shows sand on the 4WD trail (at Dedeckera Canyon and other spots along the way).

How deep is this sand and will I likely need to air down on the sandy spots to make it through?
