Matt got a virus and it coupled itself to some old email we had exchanged long time ago.

I woke up this morning to find the strange email, which I deleted, how odd I did'nt remember sending myself an email :)

10 minutes later Matt sent me and a few others a email about the virus.

One of the safest ways to avoid these viruses is not to open attachments with strange sounding extentions.

Also I dont use Outlook or Outlook express, the hackers seem to target these for there viruses.
