has to do with the downslope winds from
the NE if they continue late into the afternoon
before going to SW then you have a good
chance of going over 127,we had some
incrdible minimuns in July this yr about
5 straight days over 100 with 2 at 105-106
caused by winds and clouds overnight but
the official station highest low was 103,in
1913 minimum stayed at 110!!.
