Thanks for the followup! I've found that a 300-500mm zoom does wonders in these type situations.
I came across my first fox on the south shore of Mono Lake 2 weeks ago & the 'dern critter ran away before I had the shot framed. I'm always looking for the perfect photo & the desert does not disappoint!
