So, whats the deal with the ticket? If I am driving a DVNP or BLM road (hypothetical)and it is washed out (let's say no barricades or markers -yet)and I measure it passable but get "temporarily" stuck. A ticket is issued? Obviously don't know all the circumstances in this case but it does pose an interesting question. And what about the ranger I helped fix a flat? do I get a rebate on my entrance fees......
