DPW Saline report

Just talked to the Inyo county DPW folks and got a report on Saline. Thunderstorms seemed to stop so this
is good news for the roads. At least they won't get
worse.

South Pass: Real rough but passable. High clearance 4WD is needed.

North Pass: Looks like end of October before they will
be able to start work on the big hole.
