Greater View Cabin (Stella's place)

A while back someone mentioned that the stove pipe (smoke stack)at Stella's cabin was in need of replacement, or repair.
I will be visiting there in the near future, and was wondering if the pipe had been fixed. If not, does anyone know for sure the pipe diameter needed? Also any other parts that will be needed to make the repair.

Also, the last time I was at Russ'es cabin, the watering system for the plants/trees along the main drive (outside the gate) was not working. It appeared that it needed a couple of hundred feet of plastic hose to siphon from the lower spring to the affected plants. It has been several months since I was last there, so all of this may already be fixed??
