I think it absolutly establishes that someone is activly spiking peoples vehichels. It makes me wonder if it an eco-terrorist act or some plan to activly raid peoples cars after they are forced to abondon them in order to get help. I hate this, we have gone out ther for years and never heard about anything like this happening.
