Pleasant Canyon - South Park Loop

I wanted to make the loop and have heard various stories, all second hand. Has anyone seen with their own eyes the road condition about a half mile above the bridge. One report said impassible and another said hand stacked rock was being used to rebuild some road width to create safe passage, but wasn't complete. I went up to Rogers Pass but it was getting late so I didn't want to have to backtrack if I couldn't get through.I'm driving a high clearance Jeep and have normal sized huevos - can I get thru?
