Keep in mind the fact that the bureaucrats must continually find public threats to address in order to feel useful. As my political science professor taught us on day one, the government is like The Blob; it must continue to grow in order to justify its own existence. I doubt that the Park Rangers are excited about trying to enforce a stupid mandate. Perhaps they should tell the Superintendant to go to the springs and hang out with the people for awhile before making any declarations. Otherwise, if the Park Service persists, simply keep some wet cheesecloth togas around to don as the Rangers approach, then stand
up as a group to demonstrate a clothed state.
