In the 20 years of visiting the Springs, I much prefer the upper/palm Springs. It's all about the view and granduer! Somehow the lower springs feel closed in. I'd come home from the lower springs and feel like I missed the Saline experience. From the upper/palm springs I come home feeling rejuvenated and free.
