There's not one square foot of this great nation that's privately held. If you doubt that for one moment, try to skip out on your property taxes for a while. The real owner will have his due. The notion of property ownership is kind of problematic anyway.
Here's some unsolicited advice: forget about it. NOBODY tangles with BLM (or any federal agency) and wins. Irrespective of your point of view, you're screwed. Get on with life. I don't know about the validity of your claims, but it's over. Find a new trailer park and relax. Life's too short.
