I used to hate the road going in. Now I realize it is part of the expeience of going out to the springs. If it was an easy trip, everyone would be out there. For getting there quicker and bringing stuff, use an airplane like the monster AN2 biplane that landed there on the 1st. It only burns 50 gallons an hour.
