I get your point. However, don't cut off your nose to spite your face. Get away from those KOA -type campgrounds, 100' motorhomes, screaming kids, and rude camp hosts. Head out to remote areas where you can enjoy the scenery and and share your travels with other people you meet on the trail.
Otherwise, you're missing out.....
