White Swan? revisited

My friends and I were overnight guests at the White Swan Cabin a couple of times. We signed the guest log. We met Bill S. there once. He said he stayed there while working on the house for BLM's adopt-a-cabin program and Steve Smith of BLM. Bill's own house is around Victorville. I know the situation between Mrs. Hall and BLM. First, when BLM decided they wanted her house, BLM would not let her or her caretaker live there.BLM said she would have to remove her house unless she gave BLM her deed and the permanent use of her claims for the adopt-a-cabin program. So she tried to remove her house, but BLM wouldn't let her. At that time it was not a dump. During negotiations with BLM she ended up giving BLM her other claims for the astronomy club. She thought the problem with BLM solved. When she was ready to move home, work on the house and her claims, the Silver Swans, BLM had taken them and renamed them the White Swans,to keep her out and to keep their program in. The conflict goes on. I know her cousin. I don't think he was just joking. Would you let BLM do this to your house and property? If not, why are you so mad at her?
