Rogers Pass is the spot at the top of Pleasant Canyon that overlooks Butte Valley, kind of the half way point on the loop trail. Many years ago there was a burro trail leading down to Butte Valley, but this is just a hiking trail now. It is shown on USGS 7.5 minute maps.
