Yes, I've taken his class. I found it well worth the money and time. I try and fit in a few classes out of ZZYZX every year. Just getting to the Camp Cady site is worth it to me.
Bill is a great guy, very helpful and willing to share his knowledge. I aways take both Bill and Emmet's classes when I can fit the time in.
It best to have a high clearance vehicle & CB, but I don't think its required.
I'm taking the class the week after Bill's class.
