This is a situation where you have to take the bull by the horns. That worthless prick attempted to ruin my trip also. After telling me I could not have a hatchet to split firewood, he gave my wife dirty looks, and lit a cigarette. I put the hatchet away, and broke out a 3 foot fire axe. I then yanked his smoke out of his mouth, crushed it, then put it in his top pocket. He got back into his golfcart and never returned. All you have to do when you encounter unfair authority is challenge it. Let them know you may be a little nuts and they will keep their yappy dog and vintage golfcart away from you.
