Saline North update

Just talked to Inyo DPW and about two more weeks to
finish the grading and the closed sign will come down.
Grading is 85% done but they are still working. Because you might come upon bumps and stuff from the
grading process suggested vehicle type is 2wd high
clearance. Lesser vehicle probably should use the south. A little bit of snow and ice at the top but
nothing that should cause problems.
