North pass and the springs

Hey all, I am wondering what the north road condition is after this weather system has been in effect. I am thinking about driving in this weekend. The last time I went in, the north was washed out. Many people took the alternative route, in and out, but we went out through the south pass since I had a trailer. I hate comming in and out of the south. I live in northern cali and I love the North pass. Plus I am very familiar with it. I have a 4x4 with 17" tires and chains.
I was also wondering if anyone has current info on the crowded-ness, windy-ness, rainy-ness, and sunny-ness.
