That's the way a Guy I talked to went back in the 70's. He told me there was lots of stuff to check out too,but that was long ago and I have heard many stories of the Military hauling stuff out of there by Helicopter over the years. I plan on trying the trip in April. The Talc Mine is closed now I've been told so parking there should not be a problem I'm hoping.
