If there was a major event at the test site it would show up on the seismographs just as an earthquake would. Under the various treaties with the fomer USSR times of past events at the Test Site have been published and those can be compared with past "earthquake" data which is on the web. Often, in the earthquake logs, certain events were termed "quarry." Just for fun enter Faultless Test into Google and see what you get.
Of course, it may be possible to "decouple" and event, but then you would not have noticed it in Beatty.
BTW, there were (or are) remote automatic seismic monitors in Death Valley and environs that reported (report) in real time to a central location.
