Oh by all means!!! Rent the fastest vehicle they have in Las Vegas and head for Death Valley... Wind it up to about ninty and head for Badwater... Admire the new parking lot and the new direction of the Natinal Park Service. No need to rent that 4x4 as they will have closed all the dirt roads soon enough, or pave them too. Come back in a few years and I'm sure you will be able to zoom right thru Stovepipe Wells on the new and improved by-pass road. Should be able to hit a hundred ten on that stretch.
