My Yota is much lighter than your fullsize, but I put 60K on a set of BFG A/T's and loved them. They still had good tread when I upgraded to a larger M/T, so I sold them and the guy got another 20K out of them.
The BFG A/T KO is a good all-around tire and should serve you well for what you are looking for.
