BFGs..... I have run BFGs on a '77 Chevy Stepside 4X4, a '93 K5 Blazer 4X4, a '98 2500 Suburban 4x4, an '02 Silverado 2500 4X4, and now my new '04 2500 Suburban 4X4. The last three vehicles noted have had extensive experience towing our 30 ft travel trailer. At one time or another these tires have seen roads in DV that are now closed, as well as some pretty fun jeep roads in the Sierras. They have always served me well. Every "truck" I have ever purchased immediately had these tires installed on them - except once... a year ago I took the 02 Silverado 4X4, with STOCK tires, from Lee Flat up to Cerro Gordo... I had barely started up the incline when "ssssssss......". Not a good noise when you realize you have one "crummy" stock spare, need to turn around, and hope you don't cut another sidewall on the way back to the blacktop - Never again! BFGs all the way... Jim PS - I do not work for BFG...
