Soon, BLM will decide it is no longer historic, bulldoze it down, and charge the owners for it's removal, because after they ran David out there was no one to care for it and it became a public nuisance, wa-la, BLM wins, again, and everyone else loses. Especially the family of Tonie. It is bad enough the public can take what it wants, at least they should pay rather than ask the owner to bear the cost of what they destroy, after BLM will not allow Dave or the owners to caretake it themselves!
