Just so happens I get home and the latest edition of Blue Ribbon Magazine is in my mailbox.
Thumbing thru I see an article that I am still trying to digest. Two vehicles from a New Mexico OHV club get together for a trail run and are faces fines & penalties for not pulling a Special Recreation Permit.
Two vehicles, not two hundred!! Imagine stopping to chat on the trail with a passer by and getting busted. Please, get involved!
