Jawbone Robin

What a gem of a human. If you have not stopped by the Jawbone visitors center, do so soon. Robin the turtle lady is the nicest human I have ever met. She will go out of her way to provide information to tourists. She even brought a baby turtle out for my children to see.
This center relies on donations. In addition to joining for a few bucks per year, we save all of our change in a coffeecan and drop it in the donation box.
Last week we removed all the july 4th trash that was left in Dove Springs. Filled the truck and trailer twice while the kids rode their motorcycles. Robin was helpful, and allowed us to fill the dumpster there.We also found half of a 1979 Chrysler Cordoba in a box canyon on SC176 and we will remove it as soon as Maddog can get the landcrusher out there.
If you are in the area and need to take a break in a beautiful air conditioned center, stop by. They are staffed 364 days per year, and Robin even stops by on Christmas to visit Mr. Bob.
