The two million gallon tank probably didn't add too much to the flood, although what it did add might have come out at high pressure and maybe did some damage.
The occupants of the empty cars are fine. The cars were in a parking lot next to a small aprtment building when the flood took them away. The occupants were all Xanterra employees, and have been moved down from FC Inn to FC Ranch. Thier apartments were also badly damaged, they lost a lot of possessions, but were uninjured.
The Shoshone are fine, although they have very little water until the water system is repaired. They may have recieved some minor flooding but a stone wall at FC Inn diverted a lot of it.
Don't know about the boardwalk, I think it is probably OK.
