Storm Genesis

This storm seems to be a repeat of the last huge flood which occurred (if memory serves me) in '83. (It could have been '84) A thunderstorm remained stationary for 45 minutes on Pyramid Peak and washed away the highway stranding all the employees at the Billie Mine.
