Very few individuals have committed the type of horrific and cold-blooded murders that "Lulu" has. Her punishment is just and our society is safer when any person of her ilk is required to fulfill their prescribed sentence. Move your sympathy away from "Lulu" and consider the anguish the family and friends of her victims have lived with. Imagine also if a friend or family member of yours had been taken like that. Last time I checked death is actually final.
I will give "Lulu" credit for her diligent efforts to rehabilitate herself, which anyone in prison should do regardless of their crime. However, the safety of society at large still requires her to be imprisoned.
The bottom line is that the "Manson" family was and still is a cold-blooded group of pyschopathic criminals and killers. It was a bad choice to be with the "family." Just as morbid is the desire some have to "feel the energy" at Barker Ranch. Yes, there is a historical reason to visit the site and see first hand what has been immortalized in various books and stories. Considering what the "family" did while there and how they lived, there is no "energy" just criminal anarchy. Thanks for listening....
