Tioga Pass was reported closed at 12:28 am this morning and reopened at 12:18 pm this afternoon. Sonora Pass which was also reported closed at 12:28 am still remains closed per CHP. The Chain/Snow tire restriction for 395 in the Lee Vining to Bridgeport area has been lifted as of 9:35 this morning. A high wind advisory still remains in affect for 395 form the Inyo/Kern County line to the Lone Pine area...
