i think the most complete mine to visit would be the big bell located midway between chloride cliffs and keane wonder mine. leave a car at the keane wonder parking lot and drive up to chloride cliffs and hike downhill is the easest. it took us 6 hours last november with a couple in their early 70s. the only problem is the last mile, its steep and your legs will hurt for a few days unless your used to walking down hill. its over 4000 feet drop in five miles. we use hiking poles.
