Don't worry it is not you! Your photos are hosted on a geocities server, and geocities does not allow photos on its server to be viewed anywhere else other then on a geocities site (aka geocities does not allow hotlinking to take place). You will have to give the URL for the photo instead of trying to post it. Bird Photo http://www.geocities.com/haroldx2000/avis.jpg
As for the reason why you can see your photo is because the photo is most likely cached in your computers Temporary Internet Folder. Your computer being as smart as it is will often download and store images and pages from the internet to your hard drive so when you return to a certain page, it will already have the photos downloaded and the page will load much faster.
