The road repair issue is in the sole hands of The BLM. Obviously, that being the case, the raod may never get repaired.
If the folks who had started the current repairs would have finished, and not taken the closure signs down prior to finishing, The BLM would not have put a halt to it, and taken such a hard line.
The BLM is so worried about liability, anything left undone and unsafe will always command extra attention a scrutiny.
So now we wait and see.
