Panamint City - looted in 1992/1993?

Does anyone recall hearing or reading about Panamint City being looted in 1992 or 1993? This would include the original logbook of about 60 pages 11"x18" paper size, old furniture, mirrors, two ore car, tombstones, bricks, and other mining artifacts?
