LeRoy, Good reply!! Although their is more to ECV I think it is fair to say that they have a bad rap in some circles, the group as a whole has probably done more good that most. The mention of ECV conjures up visions of rowdy campers to some NPS, FS and state folk, in realaty they are some of the best, fun luvin folk. They are based on a ruff and tumbel time in our history and some try to carry on the tradition,lots of good books on the subject, look them up, it's fun.
