Bait... Take an ATV and wire in a radio like the
wildlife people use to track animals. We had a
theif stealing computers at work so we left a computer with a radio under the motherboard and
went out to the city and drove around until we
found him... and we did and busted him. A more
fancy system uses GPS and radios where it is but
it is harder to hide the antennae but the small
tracking radios are very small. Use a small plane
to fly over the suspected area to get the general
location than go in for the kill.
