Thank you so much! I have been eagerly awaiting a trip to this fine destination for almost a decade. We have 2 options for vehicles: an all-wheel drive new Element w/ low clearance or a 10 yr old (very fine condition) 2WD isuzu w/ 3" lift. I take the Isuzu on plenty hard core trails (jail cyn, goler, etc) & usually have no problems. - except for in soft sand or deep mud. Would you experienced folks suggest the new SUV or the old?
