Has this forum died?

I guess this is really the end of a former good source of information, too bad, I will miss it.

Not dead at all. I expect some folks haven't signed into the new forum yet, plus the traffic does ebb and flow. I for one, was out at PSR for a little over two weeks in early August, and while the internet there is back up and running (with usage restrictions to make things fair), visiting the WWW was not high on my priority list. Having a beer on the front porch as the sun set was high on the list.

Yup. Slow. It's been three months since I last checked in, though I daily check three other sites I participate in. Quickly tired of logging in and finding little or nothing. So just plan to poke my cyber nose in now and then.

Also hoping once things cool down the site will heat up.

The DV forums usually quiet down in the summer. They are not exactly beating down the doors at death_valley.net either.

Not yet. You were here and now I am here. I have lurked here for years and I have found summer time is not the busiest time of the year. It will be frequented more as the weather cools and folks start heading to the desert again.
