Saline Valley road from 190 west of Panamint Springs. Follow main road to South Pass and turn north down into Saline Valley. After another long road to the Bat Rock Sign and then you'll find the springs. Its a very very long drive, lots of sharp gravel. No rental cars anywhere near Saline Valley; people get stuck out there almost every year because they took a rental car out there when they shouldn't have. They then bake in the sun because that was the best way Google told them to take. If you have street tires, forget about it, better safe than sorry. This drive – if done at safe dirt speeds and with caution – should take about six hours, and is well over 100 miles. Don't go over Hunter Mountain to the Racetrack, Lippincott is a scary road for the inexperienced. in truth, all this information is all over the web. Be sure you are correctly prepared before even thinking about that part of the park, truly one of the most remote parts of the state.
