Common sense is the best rule of the road, who ever is closest to a wide spot. Some adhere to the policy that the one toward the inside of a mountain road should pull over, not the one of the outside. Also, look beyond the hood of your vehicle, keep a high horizon. When you see a vehicle coming, start looking for a spot to get off the road, even if it means that you have to wait a few minutes.
