ahhhh the smell of burnt rubber from a Panamint Valley blowout. The 100+ degree heat beating on your back as you start to wonder if the spare is gonna get you home. There's nothing like DV.
My buddies and I always say that Death Valley is Heaven and endless in its beauty, but unforgiving at the same time. It might actually be the challenge of being out in the middle of nowhere that keeps us coming back.
