I tried a dutch oven setup for cooking pizza.
Once.
Then I realized I was hungry NOW, not tomorrow, (I'm charcoal challenged) so I tossed out the lid and aimed a 10,000 BTU propane heater at the pizza. 10 minutes later I was eating darn good pizza.
